This artisan baker perpetuates the bread tradition with talent, producing a natural dough according to traditional manufacturing processes, kneading and baking on site. Every day, you will find a wide choice of homemade and pure butter brioches and pastries, to accompany breakfast or to enjoy as an afternoon snack.

The pastry chefs put all their know-how and creativity at your service, to create quality pastries that will delight all gourmets. All our chocolates; bars, moulds, sweets, are made on the spot, by our care and are guaranteed 100% pure cocoa butter.

All year round, BEHR offers a range of hot or cold savoury products to take away; Pâté Lorrain*, quiches, sandwiches, soups, salads... Everything is homemade according to the mood and the season, with quality raw materials.

To enhance your aperitifs, buffets and receptions, they offer a wide choice of filled breads and miniature aperitifs, ready to serve or to heat up.

And finally, the pastry cooks create your custom-made cakes for weddings, birthdays, company meals, buffets, etc.  They are at your service to create the dessert of your dreams; Farandole de desserts or pièce montée. They put all their heart and know-how into making this event an exceptional moment!
