The Thirsty Frog will take you through the various stages of making a craft beer. Caroline Ernst and her husband produce speciality beers, top-fermented. This fermentation gives their beers a rounder taste than the classic lagers obtained by bottom fermentation.
At the end of the visit, they also offer a tasting session.
